Chocolate Unwrapped

Chocolate can be good for you! It has an interesting history that cuts across a number of cultures. It is still a significant income source for some farmers in African and South American countries. We'll prepare products common to different countries made with chocolate from a variety of sources and examine the history and production of this delightful treat.

This seminar is tentatively scheduled to meet during Full Session on W from 3:35 pm - 4:25 pm.

Note: Please check the official timetable for the most up-to-date information about meeting times and locations and availability.
