Please indicate your preferences below regarding the meeting schedule you prefer. We will schedule the actual room based on current timetable procedures and availability of classrooms. Otherwise, you are welcome to schedule a departmental room on your own, but please let us know so that it can be noted on the timetable and on the webpage for the student’s information. Please be aware that the most difficult time to schedule rooms is between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Reference: Academic calendar)
