Breads, Cereals, Grains, & Pasta

Meat, Fish, Poultry, Dried Beans, & Legumes

Milk and Milk Products

Fruits

Vegetables

Fats, Oils, and Sweets are included on the pyramid, but there is no specific recommendation other than USE SPARINGLY!
