Methyl Bromide CUE allocation for 2007

    Please note the following request from Wayne Ausk for comments regarding the Proposed
    Final Rule for the 2007 Methyl Bromide CUE allocation.

    Instructions on submitting comments and letters are included below.

    As you know the comment period for the Proposed Final Rule for the 2007 CUE allocation is open until August 21st.  In an effort to help our methyl bromide allies develop comment letters we have prepared the attached table which contains 14 issues from the final rule that we felt needed comments. We have drafted some suggested responses to each of the 14 issues.   I have also enclosed an appendix which shows the sources for those responses which cite another document.

    In addition I have attached a  draft letter that you can edit to reflect the interests of your growers.

    Please let me know if we can help you in any other way and call if you have any questions.

    Here is how to submit comments, e-mail is the best option available;

    Regards

    Wayne
