Methyl Bromide Critical Use Exemptions

FY 2007 Request for Applications (RFA) for the Methyl Bromide Transitions (MBT)

The FY 2007 Request for Applications (RFA) for the Methyl Bromide Transitions (MBT).

Changes in FY 2007:

In fiscal year 2007 there are some major changes regarding submission of proposals to CSREES.  First, all applications submitted to CSREES must use the new SF-424 R&R (Research and Related) forms.  Second, a number of the agency’s programs will be requiring electronic submission of proposals through Grants.gov, including the Methyl Bromide Transitions Program. (See the table at the following web page for a listing of the authorized submission formats for CSREES programs: http://www.csrees.usda.gov/funding/fy07changes.)  Please allow yourself extra time to make sure your institution is registered with Grants.gov, time to familiarize yourself with the electronic submission process and the new forms, and time to submit.  We encourage you to review “A Guide for Preparation and Submission of CSREES Applications via Grants.gov” prior to attempting to submit a proposal electronically for the first time; you can access a sample guide at:  http://www.csrees.usda.gov/funding/grant_forms/electronic_app_guide.pdf.
