Student Health Insurance UT Women's Health -- Birth control pills are covered under our new insurance plan. The co-pay for them is $10. If you'd like to inquire about the possibility of getting the pill for free, you can go to the gynecological care center (run by the Knox County Health Department) under the Student Health center. Depending on your income you might qualify for free birth control pills or pills at a reduced price. UT Student Health Services Counseling Center -- The counseling center provides free services to all students. Graduate Student Orientation Site -- This has a great pool of resources for UT graduate students. City of Knoxville -- This site is run by the Knoxville city government.
