S. Wayne Mulkey, Ph.D.

Research Professor and Director of the
Regional Rehabilitation Education Program

Dr. Mulkey received his Ph.D. from Florida State University and is a Research Professor of Rehabilitation. He teaches courses in medical aspects of disability. Dr. Mulkey's research interests involve rehabilitation caseload management and he is currently editing a book in Human Resources and also working on two articles on listening and communication. Dr. Mulkey's personal interests include music and poetry.
