Diana Moyer, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor
Diana Moyer, Ph.D. (Ohio State University, Columbus, OH) is an Assistant Professor in the Cultural Studies of Educational Foundations program. She teaches graduate courses on social foundations of education, history of education, and cultural studies. Her primary research areas are: history of education, cultural studies of education, and the role of gender in historical representation of teachers and schooling. She has served on the Board of Research on Women and Education, a Special Interest Group of the American Educational Research Association and the UT Association for Women Faculty. She currently is on the Board of United Campus Workers, the faculty and staff union at the University of Tennessee. Some recent publications include:
