DPHD Discussion Board

In an effort to increase communication between the DPHD board and DPHD members, we are trying out a discussion board.  We are using a free discussion board on Google.  The address is:

We hope this will be a forum in which you can share tips and strategies that have been successful in your classroom as well as get information from other members.  This board is for you, so please feel free to use it to meet other DPHD members, communicate about relevant topics, or discuss anything related to physical and health disabilities. 

The discussion board is open to the public and can be read by anyone with internet access who happens across the page.  In order to post topics or reply to posts, you will need to sign up (it is free).  You can individually decide how you will read messages that are posted on the board.  You can choose to read them online or to have them emailed to you.  

We ask that you please use language that is respectful to other members as well as to individuals with disabilities.  The only other "rule" is that you respect the confidentiality of your students and their parents by not posting any information that would identify them.  We hope you will make use of the forum and enjoy using it!
