Office Hours: Wednesday
If the hours are inconvenient for you, and you need to see me, please send me an email so we could make arrangements for some other time.
Attendance: Please note that the attendance is mandatory. Only one day is scheduled for make-up labs for the end of semester (usually for one, but not more than two), and arrangements need to be made in order to have one. In order to be able to make up the lab, I have to be notified in advance.
Lab reports are due during the lab session following the one when the experiment was performed. Only ONE "late" lab report will be accepted but only during the day following the lab. No exceptions.
There will be a short and easy quiz in the begining of each lab session that will cover material from the theory of the lab being performed. The only purpose of the quiz is to make sure that you read the lab theory before every lab.
Each person should have an individual lab report.
Here is how the lab grade will be determined:
Lab reports: 80% (guidelines provided with this syllabus should be followed)
Quizzes: 20% (the lowest 2 quizzes will be dropped).
Check my lab webpage occasionally for syllabus, lab guidelines and much more.
