Summer Session Forms:

Payroll will no longer process separate summer school payrolls. Payment for summer school teaching will be made on monthly payrolls. The multiple HRPA-3 payment authorization form will replace the HRPE-5 form used in the past. Below is an Excel version of that form that you may download.
