Legio VI Castra Romana 2006

6 members of the Fifth Legion drove down to South Carolina for the Sixth Legion Ferrata's big event. We had an awesome time and we highly recommend the event to reenactors who haven't been before.

Legio XX Roman Days 2006

Rossini Festival 2006

The fifth Legions first big public event was the Rossini Festival in Knoxville. The Saturday event had an estimated 65,000 visitors. We went on four parades and put on a number of small exhibits and events ranging from Roman fortifications to gladitorial games. We had a picture in the sunday news sentinel and perhaps in thursdays Knoxville Journal.
