Quick Fajitas 8/10
Grill on medium heat in a little bit of olive oil until lightly browned (~10 minutes):
    1 medium onion, sliced into 1/4" strips
    1.5 bell peppers, sliced into 1/4" strips
When those are done, grill on medium heat in a little bit of olive oil until lightly browned:
    2 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" thick strips
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp vinegar
    (try adding other mixed ground chilis too for richer flavor)

Serve with flour tortillas, guacamole, and salsa (salsa verde is EXCELLENT)

Notes:  These are quicker but less exciting than the other fajita recipe.  However, they do not require any prep work the night before.  Homemade flour tortillas go best.
