Pumpkin Pie
1 1/2 c cooked pumpkin (Take a pumpkin, cut it into pieces, and cook at about 350F until soft when poked with a fork.  Remove skin and puree pumpkin.)
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c milk
3/4 c evaporated milk

Mix all of the above

Put in a pie crust (just the bottom, doesn't need the top) (Makes 9" diameter pie)

Bake at 400F about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.  Cool.
