Lemon chicken and potatoes 6/10

Grill at 300F in a skillet:
    2 lemons cut up into 1/4's (or 1 lime)
    4 small potatoes, cut into 2" cubes
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2 lengthwise
    1/3 cup parsley
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tbsp black pepper
    water to cover the top of the potatoes and chicken
    1/4 small onion cut into large slices
    2 tbsp olive oil

Grill until water is mostly boiled off and potatoes are tender.  Chicken should be added after potatoes or
it will get too dry.  Turn heat up to 350F and add 1/4 c butter.  Grill until browned.  Take out onions and lemons.
Serve hot.

Notes:  The chicken comes out a little dry.  I need to tweek this recipe.
