Lemon-lime chicken
1 chicken breast, quartered
Combine and sprinkle on top:
    1 lime juice
    1 tsp pepper
    a little water
    1 tsp lemon extract
fry in olive oil

sauce:  1 tbsp cornstarch, the remainder of the sauce in the pan, 1 tbsp sugar and some water.
Boil until thick.

Notes:  Hmmm, I wonder when I made this.  I had it in my notebook and the only note I have is that the sauce is great.
I suspect I had one chicken breast in my freezer and a lime to get rid of.  I don't remember it so I'm not rating it.
