Hamburger buns

4.5 c flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 egg white
3 tbsp butter
1.25-1.75 c water
1 tsp salt

Mix dough, adding water until the dough has a soft consistency.  Knead until smooth.  Let rise 1.5 hrs.  Form into 12 balls.  Put in a pan sprinkled with corn meal.  Let rise 1.5 hrs.  Cook at 450F for about 15 minutes with a pan of water in the bottom shelf of the oven.
