Christine's refried beans

These are not intended to be authentic.  They are intended to be yummy.

Soak 1 16oz bag of black beans overnight in water.  Rinse thoroughly in water and pick out any bad beans.  Put in a crock pot and cover in water.  Add 1 tsp salt.  Cook for 4 hours on high or 8-12 hours on high.  Drain all of the liquid off.  Puree three onions, five cloves of garlic, and 0-2 jalapenos (depending on your taste) in a food processor.  Add to the beans.  Add two chipotles and salt to taste.  Cook for 4 hours on high or 8-12 hours on high.  Stir thoroughly.
