Carmel Corn 8/10
Heat on medium heat until boiling:
1 c brown sugar
0.5 c butter
0.25 c corn syrup (light)
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp baking soda
Let boil for one minute.

Cover 15 cups of popped popcorn with the above mixture and spread evenly.  Bake at 200F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Notes:  Can add about 3 tbsp 1/2 &1/2 to make a creamier carmel.
