Blueberry Muffins 8/10
1.75 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1/3 c oil
2 c blueberries

mix everything but the fruit.  Fold in the fruit.

Cook 20-25 minutes at 400F.

Notes:  Blueberries freeze well.  Good blueberries are essential.
