BBQ Shish kabob 8/10
a) 1.5 red bell peppers
1.5 green bell peppers
1.5 yellow bell peppers
1 med. onion
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
b) 3-4 med. potatoes
c) 2 cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp ground ancho chili powder (or commercial chili powder)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup molasses
1) Cut potatoes and steam 20 minutes. (Put a lid on, add water, grill at about 300F)
2) Cut ingredients listed in (a). Combine and add (c) to (a). Add potatoes.
3) Add water to cover everything. Marinate overnight.
4) Put on skewers.
5) Grill, basting with leftover marinade.
