About Clinic Vols

Clinic Vols is a student organization that works in partnership with the American Red Cross to volunteer in inner city elementary schools.  Our organization alone serves 4000 students in ten elementary school clinics located within a 7 mile radius of the University of Tennessee's campus. As volunteers, we provide first aid the clinics and reach out to the community in several outreach programs such as assisting in flu mist vaccinations for several Knox County schools and educate children through various programs provided by the Red Cross.

Clinic Vols is an excellent organization not only for clinical experience for health care-interested students and others but also a very rewarding experience.  We provide the simplest of health care to children who are not fortunate enough to see a primary care physician as needed.  Though our limitations are narrow the impact we make on these underserved children is profound.
