CONNIE'S CORNER

Welcome to my little corner of the Internet world! My name is Connie and I am a doctoral student in Instructional Technology at the University of Tennessee. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997. I also received my master's degree in counseling from the University of Tennessee in May of 2000. My current professional interest focuses on web-based learning, distance education, special education and assistive technology.

On a personal note, I enjoy reading, swimming and watching sports.. I also have a keen interest in web development and am myself an amateur web designer. Finally, as most of my friends can readily tell you, I am an avid fan of the whole science fiction genre! I absolutely love the Star Wars movies and am also a fan of the television series,
"Alias", "CSI," "Everwood," and "Smallville".
