Joseph Millett
Joseph hails from New York City, where he has stage managed over thirty off and off-off Broadway productions. He was a stage manager at the nationally known Manhattan Theatre Club for four productions, including the Obie Award-winning The Blood Knot by Athol Fugard and Four Dogs and a Bone by Academy Award-winning writer and director John Patrick Shanley. In regional theatre Joseph stage managed A Christmas Carol for the Dallas Theatre Center and six productions for the PlayMakers Rep in Chapel Hill, North Carolina (including a complete, two-evening Mourning Becomes Electra for Artistic Director David Hammond). As a production manager, Joseph has worked at the Barrington Stage Company and the Adirondack Theatre Festival, where he production managed the inaugural show of their new theatre, the Tony Award-winning Elaine Stritch: At Liberty. He spent nine years in Branson, Missouri, where he stage managed such notable entertainers as Andy Williams (with whom Joseph also toured), the Lennon Sisters, and Debby Boone. Joseph has an MFA from the University of Southern California. He arrived at the Clarence Brown Theatre in 2005.
