This site has been set up to be an information source for team members;
but also and more importantly, to be a learning site for possible new
players. Team members are strongly urged to access the "TEAM INFO" icon
regularly for information updates on HELLBENDER RUGBY! Visitors to this
site, who are interested in playing are urged to view the "NEW PLAYER
INFO" icon for information about rugby in general and also about the
HELLBENDERS!

| Weekday practices with
Knoxville are held Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 - 8:15 pm at Duff
Field, behind the Krystal on Chapman Hwy, so feel free to drop
on by and catch a glimpse. If you live in the Asheville vicinity,
