Welcome to the Bursar's Office

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Office of the Bursar administers VOLXpress accounts, collects University fees and charges, and delivers excess financial aid. The Central Cashier's Division, which is responsible for collecting and accounting for departmental deposits, is also part of the Bursar's Office.

Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday.

MyUTK will be unavailable for system maintenance on Saturday, May 18 from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Bursar's Office is pleased to provide information and general payment Guidelines. Our objective is to provide our customers with information in a courteous and timely manner so they may concentrate on their educational goals.

Due to security issues, Spring 2013 will be the last semester students may pay fees and/or charges with cash.
