Welcome to the Bursar's Office

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Office of the Bursar administers VOLXpress accounts, collects University fees and charges, and delivers excess financial aid. The Central Cashier's Division, which is responsible for collecting and accounting for departmental deposits, is also part of the Bursar's Office.

On Saturday, May 19th between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM EDT, the Banner View/Pay Fees option in MyUTK will be unavailable due to system maintenance. The University apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause.

Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday.

The Bursar's Office is pleased to provide information and general payment Guidelines. Our objective is to provide our customers with information in a courteous and timely manner so they may concentrate on their educational goals.
