Be aware that this need either native Win XP, or a virtual WIN XP machine to run, due to legacy software.
There's a link below to the zipped files needed to run negion, but I ask that you email me if you download these. This is so that I know where these have wandered to, for future updates.
Put the .zip file in its own directory, and unzip it. The documentation is negdoc.doc; the executable is negion.exe.
