Departmental Research Meetings
The purpose of the Research Meetings is to highlight the importance of
active participation in research activities by faculty and students. The
meetings may be scheduled for an invited speaker to share research with the
faculty, staff, and students. At other times the scheduled presenter may be a
member of the faculty, professional staff, or a student. The content of the
meetings may be an informal presentation of a research project or a formal
presentation of material prepared for a professional meeting.
Sol Adler Memorial Lecture
Series
The annual Sol Adler conference is designed to present current issues of
interest to professionals who provide clinical services in Speech Pathology and
Audiology and to those who conduct research in communication sciences and
disorders. This event honors the memory of Dr. Sol Adler who was a Professor in
our Department for 26 years.
