What, if any, is the correlation between genetic and morphological distance? I will be addressing this question through a dual ancient DNA and morphological analysis on single ‘population’ samples. Additionally, I am interested in understanding which morphological traits provide the most information about population relationships? The first part of the analysis involves a sample from the Norris Farms No. 36 site in Illinois.
