Thank you for your interest in participating in the Emergency Locator Service Program. This service is offered to adult students with children, or those who may have family members who need to contact you in case of an emergency while you are on campus. To register for this service, please complete the following form and send it to the Adult Student Services Center by pressing the SUBMIT button when finished.
You can then provide to agencies, schools, family members, etc.,the ASSC and UT Police phone numbers as your emergency phone number while on campus.
Please have your contacts call:
- ASSC at (865) 974-4504 for emergencies between the hours of 8am-5pm.
- UT Police at (865) 974-3114 for emergencies during classes after 5pm.
If you are enrolled in classes after 5pm: By participating in this program, you give ASSC your consent to provide your class schedule and personal information to the UT Police Department.
Should an emergency arise during regular business hours, we will notify the UT Police Department, who will locate you on campus and inform you of the circumstances. If the emergency occurs after 5pm, your family/contacts need to notify the UT Police directly at 974-3114.
NOTE: Please allow up to 10 business days for your web-based application to be processed before you give out our phone number!
