Alumni Bands
Alumni Band Association
The University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland Marching Band Alumni Band Association, with over 5000 members, is one of the largest and most active alumni associations on campus. Its board of directors meets monthly to plan activities for the membership and to work with the UT Development Office in fund raising efforts for band scholarships.
Alumni Marching Band
The University of Tennessee Alumni Marching Band performs each fall at homecoming. Over 300 alumni bandmembers march through campus to the stadium prior to the kickoff, and perform at halftime with The Pride of the Southland Band. Alumni Band members also enjoy the comraderie of a homecoming luncheon at the UT Bandroom.
Alumni Pep Band
The University of Tennessee Alumni Pep Band performs year round at UT Athletic events, parades, and celebrations. With over 75 active members, the alumni pep band gives alumni the opportunity to stay active throughout the year.
