Exercise Science (M.S.) Admission Requirements

Submit the following to the Graduate School:

1. Completed Graduate Application for Admission.
2. One official transcript
3. Admission fee of $35.00 U.S. currency
4. TOEFL scores ( if your native language is not English)

Submit the following to the graduate secretary of Exercise Science:

1. Completed Student Admission Form: Master's Application
2. Three Rating Forms or Letters of Recommendation: Rating Form

Academic Background

Applicants for the M.S. degree should have completed one year of general
chemistry, and at least one semester of the following:

• Physics
• Statistics or calculus
• Human physiology
• Anatomy or biomechanics

Applications for admission to the graduate program in Exercise Science are reviewed throughout the year. However, to be considered for an assistantship, you must first be admitted to the graduate program. Review of the applications for graduate ssistantships begins in February and continues until all are filled. To maximize your chance of receiving an assistantship, please file your application in a timely manner.
