Graduate Assistant Information

Sport Management graduate students hold assistantships throughout the athletic department. Students work with individual sports such as football, soccer or volleyball and in other departments such as development, marketing, event management, operations, etc.

You need to contact the department you are interested in working. The procedure will be just like applying for a job. You will need to send in a resume and go through an interview process. Contact information can be found at utladyvols.com and utsports.com. Most people are willing to work in any department just to get started.

Assistantship opportunities also exist in Rec Sports. Students hold a variety of positions throughout the department. Teaching assistantships are available as well in the Physical Education and Activity Program.
