Define local and remote copies of your jem222 folder ("site") with Dreamweaver's SFTP.
Adobe's GoLive Web editor is not as widely used as Dreamweaver or as low in cost as NVu, but if you bought Photoshop (or are working in a lab with Photoshop), it may be on your computer already.
No-cost screen capture:
Macintosh: Press shift-apple-3 to take a snapshot of the whole screen, shift-apple-4 to pick part of the screen with a bombsight cursor.
Windows: Use the "print screen" key to copy the screen into your "copy/paste" clipboard, then either paste into Photoshop or into a blank Microsoft Word Document. (Use "save for Web" on the document, and Word will save small and large copies of the snapshot as files in the saved page's accompanying folder. Make sure to use the better quality one.)
