The University of Tennessee Police Department Records Section is open 8:30am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (except Holidays and Administrative Closings). Students, staff and faculty needing copies of police or wreck reports should call 865-974-1313. The cost for a report is seven dollars ($7.00 US) for persons not affiliated with The University of Tennessee. Police Reports will not be sent by fax and Wreck reports are faxed only to Insurance Providers.
