If an individual has any concerns about patient care and/or safety in the Student Health Service, the individual is encouraged to contact the Student Health Services Administrator, Jim Boyle, or the Medical Director, Eric R. Prenshaw, M.D. by calling (865) 974-3135 or by email to jboyle2@utk.edu.

If the concerns cannot be resolved, the individual is encouraged to contact the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, W. Timothy Rogers, by calling (865) 974-2150 or by email at timrogers@utk.edu.

If the concerns still cannot be resolved, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission by contacting 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
