Panhellenic Council is the governing body for 18 sororities: 14 National
Panhellenic Conference Chapters, 3 National Pan-Hellenic Council Chapters,
and one chapter of the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations.
Formal recruitment is held in August during the first week of classes, though
some sororities offer recruitment in the spring as well. For more information,
