Homework #26:

How deep in a pool of water would a 1 Ci disk source (radius = 1 m) of 2 MeV photons have to be located to reduce the maximum surface dose rate to 0.5 mrem/hr?  Use the 1-term Taylor buildup factors from Table 7.2.
