Thank you for considering the University of Tennessee and the University Apartments as your home while studying at the university. The Department of University Housing provides apartment living for married students, single parents, single graduate students and non-traditional undergraduates 21 years and older. This publication is provided to inform you of the amenities available at the University Apartments and the application process, as well as information about the Knoxville area.
