Student Evaluation of the Field Experience

At the conclusion of the practicum students are asked to evaluate their practicum experience. Using the Student Evaluation of Field Practice form, students are encouraged to comment on various aspects of the field practicum and make any recommendations for change. The field coordinator reviews this information to evaluate the quality of the field agency, field instructor and field consultation services. This information is then shared with the Associate Dean.
