Rental & Service Fees List
The Center is funded by the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences.
Fees are
used to maintain and replace equipment and supplies.
Daily Charges:
(Based on theses standard hours)
9 A.M. to 4 P.M. = 1/2 day charge
4 P.M. to 9 A.M. = 1/2 day charge
Minimum charge = 1/2 day
Week-end Use:
Minimum charge = 1-1/2 day
(3 P.M. Friday to 9 A.M. on Monday)
(Ask for special rates for students and equipment used in Claxton Complex.

Method of Payment
Staff/Faculty: Equipment/Service Fees will be charged to the account
name and number provided. Billing will be itemized by unit/department
on quarterly
basis.
Units/Departments will be charged a late fee for any reserved equipment
not picked up on a scheduled day.
