UT Presidential Scholarship

Established in 2000 to recognize National Merit Finalists, National Merit Semifinalists, and National Achievement Finalists, the University of Tennessee Presidential Scholarship is a 4-year guaranteed scholarship for entering freshmen who designate UT as their first-choice college with the National Merit Corporation, by the National Merit deadline. Students must be admitted to UT by February 1, and these award amounts apply to students in the following categories:

National Merit or Achievement Finalists: Total scholarship package of $8,000 per year

National Merit Semifinalists with a minimum 26 ACT: $4,000 per year
